1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GEOAdapt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GEOAdapt is operated by Helionos, registered in the Netherlands (KVK: [KVK: TODO]).

2. Description of Service

GEOAdapt provides AI-readiness audits and optimisation services for businesses seeking visibility in AI-powered search engines. We analyse your online presence and provide recommendations to improve how AI systems perceive and represent your business.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Euros and exclude VAT where applicable. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Helionos. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our recommendations. AI search engine behaviour is outside our control and subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helionos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
